Add Standalone Groundwater Benchmark Case

Implement a test case for the groundwater solver to verify that the Richards solver behaves as in List & Radu, 2016. This involves

• setting boundary and initial conditions as in that paper
• verifying that the solution looks like Fig. 8
• verifying that this behavior is consistent if I decrease the time step size significantly (because that's what we are interested in doing, ultimately)
